Remove category slug option remove my custom slug /blog/

    This is my url before enable remove category slug storefront.local/en/blog/category/testnewen/

    and i want after enable option remove category is gonna be like this

    storefront.local/en/blog/testnewen/ but yoast change it to storefront.local/en/testnewen/

    My setting Custom Structure is : /blog/%postname%/

    Hello @datht123,

    Thanks for your question. storefront.local/en/blog/testnewen/ is being changed to storefront.local/en/testnewen/ because /blog/ is treated as the category prefix to be removed.

    Is your WordPress installed in /blog/ or that’s a category too?

    So how to stop Yoast remove my prefix slug /blog/ ?

    /blog/ is prefix slug always show in my blog posts

    You can retain /blog/ in the URL by toggling ON Show the categories prefix in the slug
