We’re using Woocommerce with Auth.net to process the payments of Quanticalabs Chaffeur Booking system.

One of the emails that the customer receives has a Payment section with “Click to pay for this order” in it with a link, but they have already paid for their booking. I only have the Completed email active but am not sure if there is some automatic email that goes out when the status gets changed (the subject has “…changed status to “Completed (finished)” in it.

Is there a way to hide that section or at least not have a link to an order they already paid for?

    Hello EnvisionDesign,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.
To help resolve this issue, could you please provide more details about your setup?

    Order Creation:
Could you describe the process of how orders are created in your system?

    Payment Process:
How are payments being made for the bookings?

    Payment Gateway Plugin:
Are you using any specific payment gateway plugin, such as the one for Authorize.net?

Once I have more information, I’ll be able to assist you further.

    Looking forward to your response!

Orders are created automatically by the Chaffuer Booking system.

    https://quanticalabs.com/wordpress-plugins/chauffeur-taxi-booking-system-for-wordpress/

Once a Booking is made the next screen is the Payment screen (enter credit card info)

Payments are via the Pledged Plugins Auth.net gateway add on

Feel free to go through the Booking Process here:

Here is a screenshot from the email. I’m not sure what’s from WooC or what is being sent over from the Booking system. I had a support ticket in with them too. Clearly the Route and Vehicle stuff is from them, but there is also general account stuff (not shown) and then the Payment section at the bottom.

    Hi @envisiondesign

All those are third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

    Thanks!

I know they are 3rd party plugins (duh). My question was whether that lower Payment section was a default WC email thing or not.

I will wait to hear back from QuanticaLab about it.

    Hi @envisiondesign,

My question was whether that lower Payment section was a default WC email thing or not.

Thank you for the additional details. This email template isn’t default for WooCommerce, no. You can learn more about our email templates in our documentation here.

I will wait to hear back from QuanticaLab about it.

Sounds like the way to go for this one! ??

    Cheers!
