Remove COD fee when zero

Is there a way to avoid showing the Cash on Delivery $0.00 when the fee is zero?
I tried the CSS in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/hide-cash-on-delivery-fee-if-zero/ but it didn’t work. I’m using the storefront theme with WC Marketplace if it makes any difference.

Also, I have other fees in my checkout that I do want to show. That CSS seems like it will remove all fees. Is there another way to do this?
