Remove Comments and Calendar from Theme

I’m using the “freshblue idea theme.”

1) What code should I remove in order to take away the comment options on the blog and the pages?
2) What code should I remove in order to take away the comment icons on the blog and pages?
3) What code should I remove in order to take away the calendar icons.
