• on my pages in particular (but also my archives) i wish to completely remove any mention of comments.

at the moment my blog is displaying ‘comments are closed’ when i turn them off on each page – i don’t even have this option for archives.

can anyone suggest where i might find ‘comments are closed’ to remove it manually? i’ve checked all files in my theme and as many as i can think of in wordpress 2.0.1.

i’m using the resolution theme: https://ikram-zidane.com/?p=85.

    thanks in advance!

  • Well, I found one instance in root/wp-comments-post.php, around line 15.

And three instances in the default theme folder in comments.php around lines 56, 57, and 58.

And one instance in the default theme folder in comments-popup.php around line 88.

I don’t have the resolution them to look through. Hopefully what I found will help you some.
