Remove Comments from Pages

  • I would like to disable the option for comments on my pages, but not posts.

    I have tried installing a few plugins (“disable comments”, “no comments please”), but they don’t seem to work.

    With Tonic I don’t see a checkbox to “disable comments” like most other themes I have worked with.

    Any suggestions?

    I just realized the “Disable Comments” Plugin does work- I just hadn’t configured it to remove comments from pages.

    You can also do this by going to Pages and select “Quick Edit” for a page. There is a tick box for “Allow comments” which you should untick.
