    Hello,

I used the wp-optimize option to compress images in the Media Library. However, I also use a plug-in “Enable Media Replace” by ShortPixel that allows me to just update the images similar to normal html where you typically had an image directory that you could just update the image in. This works well since the person updating the pages send the graphics to update when there is some minor change.

After I replace an image, wp-optimize still thinks it has compressed that image but it’s not and doesn’t give me a compress option. I don’t want to use the restore compress image option because (I assume) that would bring back the old graphic. How do I reset wp-optimize so that it knows the image is not compressed, it’s a new one that replaced the one it had compressed.

    Thanks!
