    Hi there,

My first post here so hopefully I’m complying. Please let me know of any feedback.

I’m trying to remove a field called Retype Email. An order is conditional upon this field equaling the Email field. I can remove this field, or replace it, however, upon doing so I can’t accept any orders as the condition is not met.

    Any suggestions?

A similar problem occurs when I try to remove the Filter ‘Visa Type’. I can successfully remove the Filter, but then users cannot complete a choice as both “Where are you going?” and “Visa Type” must be selected to proceed.

    Thank you in advance,
    Tim

What plugin are you using for the eCommerce functionality?

I’m pretty sure it’s “Simple Custom Post Order.” Let me know if that doesn’t sound right.

The description of that plugin is:

Order posts(posts, any custom post types) using a Drag and Drop Sortable JavaScript. Configuration is unnecessary.

So, no, that doesn’t sound right. ??

What plugin have you installed so that you can sell things on your site?

I do apologize, I misunderstood the purpose of the page.

Let me rephrase my question. ??

What plugin did you build that form with?

Sorry James for not being clear. Someone else built the page so I’m stepping in. I’m not sure what plugin was used to build the page.

A list of plugins is as follows:
    – Force Regenerate Thumbnails
    – Revolution Slider
    – Simple Custom Post Order
    – WordPress Importer
    – WP Super Cache

It doesn’t sound like any of these. I’m looking under Plugins in the Sidebar with the electric adapter icon. Shall I look elsewhere?

Yeah, that doesn’t seem to be it either. What is the name of the theme you’re using? Perhaps that has the form elements built-in.

Oh yeah, that’s definitely built into the theme. ??

As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Ok, will do. Thanks kindly for your help ??
