Remove Content Box and Widgets from Homepage ONLY

Morning! I’m having the toughest time trying to figure out how to change the layout of my client’s homepage. I want it to be a no-scroll homepage and it looks perfect when I switch the layout to full width and set the static page to go to an empty page…except for the weird spacing between the bottom of the Bootstrap slider and the footer. AND I want the 2 column option throughout the interior pages.

Is there anyway to set the homepage to full width, no pointing to content pages or posts and no widgets; but keep that option on the interior pages?

Please help, I’m at my wits end.
