Remove Country from Billing Address

Hello! Is there a way to remove the country from the invoice billing address? We only sell/ship to one country (US) and this added information is unnecessary, and sometimes forces long invoices to move to two pages. I don’t see it as a setting option, so is it possible with the free version to add some CSS to fix it?
