Remove Customer Chat – delete code ?

Hello,

Because of the popup more being annoying to visitors, I wanted to remove it.
But disabling it, or deactivating the plugin does not stop customer chat from showing. Not even removing the plugin !

How can I stop this ? Where should I be able to find the code, to delete the code ?
