Remove ‘dashboard’ link from admin panel

    Hi. I’m trying to clean all the admin panel for “suscribers”. And just leave the “Profile” link.

    So, when a suscriber enter to his profile only see the “profile link”. So, i’m looking in menu-header.php the code but i need a little bit of help here. Can you help me?

    I think i resolved….

    i removed this from menu.php

    $menu[0] = array(__(‘Dashboard’), ‘read’, ‘index.php’);

    If you think i’ll have issues with that please tell me… even so maybe it will help a lot of people i guess.

    Ideally, editing core files isn’t the best solution, however, if you are going to edit the core files, admin/admin-header.php, line 66 is where the can modify/edit the help/forums/etc links.
