You can simply Trash the Header. (https://i.imgur.com/yhyW1GI.png)
Once the plugin is uninstalled, it doesn’t conflict with other elements on the site.

Uncaught TypeError: e is null
wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/admin-top-bar.min.js?ver=3.3.1:2

Yes, it’s coming from Elementor plugin itself.
