Remove dates from Permalink url and redirect

    I would like to know how to remove dates from my permalink URLs.
    Plus, is there an easy way to redirect?
    With well-written instructions I am pretty capable.
    I’m using the Schema theme from MyThemeShop on my site https://www.sahmplus.com
