Remove “description” from Uploaded Images

So I have this site I’m working on… and, as you can see, when you do a search it brings up everything within that search parameter, but it also brings up one “blank” item for every real item.

This is because it’s printing the “description” (which is blank) for each image.

So, my question is, how do I get it to NOT show the description for the image? If I could just remove the description feature all together that would be wonderful!
