• So, I recently had a donor cancel on me. Ok, I cancelled the recurring payment. Easy.

    But I can’t figure out how to remove his previous donation amount from the progress bar? Sorry if this is documented, but I couldn’t find it.

  • Hi Q-collective,
    I use Mollie as payment provider. When I refund the payment in the Mollie account, the progressbar on the website will automatically update. (and substracts the amount)

    Me again, I have tested it, and you can do this in Paytium to: Paytium > Payments > pay status > for example: cancelled

    Thank you for your reply. The payment has been cancelled as per 30-8-2020. But it wasn’t subtracted. So, according to the Paytium progress bar, I still get the donation.

    That’s strange, even if you cancel it in Paytium? (betaalstatus/payment status)

    So, this was never resolved, and the issue is getting worse with a few more cancellations. Is there some way to for Paytium to “rebuild” the tally?
