Remove "Download" and "My Downloads" from site menu

Aloha!

I activated the CM Download Manager and two new items were added to my site menu: Download and My Downloads.

Since I do not want these items in my menu, I went to settings and unchecked the following boxes:

Add “Downloads” (/cmdownloads) to site menu:
Add “My Downloads” (/cmdownload/dashboard) to site menu:

However, the items still appear in the menu. I deactivated the plugin and they still appear. I deleted the plugin and they still appear.

They only appear on the home page: https://adoptionhawaii.org/

They do not appear on any inside pages, such as: https://www.adoptionhawaii.org/programs/china-waiting-child-special-focus/

Any help would be very very appreciated.
