Remove Drop Down Menu

I’ve just started creating my first website using WordPress, I chose the i-excel theme. While adding pages to my site I’ve noticed this theme uses a drop down menu in the header when you hover over a link that has sub-pages.

Is there a way to disable this feature? I’m very new to site building and have next to no coding experience so I’m sorry if I’m referring to things by the wrong name or have missed a simple fix. Any help is greatly appreciated.
