Remove Events menu from menubar

    I don’t know when this was added but I noticed an Events menu added to my website’s menu bar that I cannot find a way to remove. It’s submenu options are Categories, Locations, My Bookings, and Tags. I’ve poured through the Events Manager Settings and disabled Location, Tag, and Category pages but so far no luck in removing this from the menu. Naturally my question is, how do I remove this? Thanks!

    BTW, in the settings under Event List/Archives I have set Events Page to [No Events Page], same for No Location, and No Category. Yet still my site has an Events menu that is not editable (meaning it doesn’t up in Appearances/Menu). This plugin is truly awesome and I appreciate how easy the recurring events made my life, hopefully a simple solution can remove the Events menu from my pages.
