Remove external image sources from add media

A while back, I asked for help to remove external image sources from add media button and @jeherve recommended to add a script for that. The following link is to that conversation:

For some reason, the problem returned and other image sources pop up again. Is there an updated version of that script that I can use to drop all but the WP media?
