Remove extra text /landingpage/ from url

To remove this text from slug please go to Settings > Permalink > Select Post Name ? Save Changes.

Im confused. If I duplicate a page it ads the extra url only to the duplicate page even if I rename it:
https://www.domain.com/ulpb_post/travel/

How do I remove the /ulpb_post/

Please make sure your landing page is published and your permalink structure is set as Postname.
