Remove Featured Image

There’s also an option to do that on the Customizer under Blog > Single Post.

No, the issue still isn’t resolved. I was previously on that section before I posted. Can you take a look?

This option makes no difference to the featured image being removed or not. There is also not an option in any of the tick boxes below.

Sorry for the delay.

Are you using the latest version of Astra? I noticed the UI looks different. Refer to this screenshot of how it looks on my end.

Also, please try basic troubleshooting by deactivating all the plugins temporarily. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.
