    Hi @parin96 ,

    1/ Please update our plugin to version 3.1.0 – this is the latest version of this plugin. Remember to clear the caches and cookies after the update before checking again to make sure all changes applied to your site properly.

    2/ I checked it on your site several times, the tip was added properly and did not disappear at all. You can check my video here: https://app.screencast.com/QcG2LgokpP8Da

    Please make sure you check it in an Incognito tab or Private tab to exempt caches and cookies.

    It happens sometimes not every time.
    Please check this reference video where it is not added to the checkout order even it is showing on the checkout page.

    You can check by placing an order multiple times, you will face it at some random time.

    Hi @parin96 ,

    I checked your videos out. Since this issue only happens once in a while and after reloading the checkout page several times, my guess is that there is an unknown issue with the server on your site when loading the requests, so the information has not been loaded properly. When clicking from the Cart to Checkout too fast, this might occur.

    Unfortunately, these are not enough for us to offer any solution to your case. I suggest that you observe more about how and when this happens on your site (browser used, counted attempts, etc.) If needed, kindly add a message to remind buyers to double check everything before placing the order and to reload the page until the information is correct.

    Is it possible that the plugin is storing data in the session, which occasionally isn’t working as expected? Could you suggest any ways to identify or troubleshoot this issue?

    Those texts are considered dynamic text entered by users, unfortunately, I cannot provide you with any instructions on this. Kindly check further in the WPML plugin to find the way of translating dynamic input text.
