Remove file name from revisions

Hi. I was ask you to do earlier twice or more but you still not did it. Check this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/ThgJ6C0.png and please remove from here original file names. You remove it just from last uploaded file, but when we have more than one file we can see their file names and it takes additional place. This is bad, because when I will have around 10 file revisions it will have too much height and possibly not clickable by users.
