Remove "Filed Under" when using [post_categories]

I want to remove the Filed Under text before the link to the post category output by the GFWA on the home page in the post-info section.

I’m guessing I need to remove the action then rebuild it, but I’m not sure what hooks I need to be using to do so.

Any help would be appreciated.
