Remove footer credit

  • Hello internet friends!

    I’ve been reading a bit into removing the footer credit ‘powered by wordpress’ and see that there are some negative impacts of inserting css code.

    Is this true for the cali theme, because I cant find a place in the customization area where I can deactivate the footer credit.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can remove the footer credit part with a couple lines of CSS code to add to Additional CSS under the Appearance > Customize menu.

    But, we don’t recommend it as we encourage you to appreciate our work by not removing it.
