Remove Footer Credits?

You can get rid of the footer credits by adding following custom CSS to the theme using Advanced CSS Editor:

p.credit{
    display:none;
}

How can i remove “Lifestyle WordPress Theme by themehit.com” on the right corner of the page and the Copyright on the left corner of the page.

I am using the “Lifestyle” theme and I will not pay for a plugin since this is a school assignment.
