Remove footer link, not in footer.php

I don’t see that text or link in the footer of your site.

Duena’s PHP files are not encrypted in any way by default, so it’s likely that the previous consultant did so. You might try some of the suggestions in this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-decrypt-an-encoded-theme?replies=3 You could also temporarily switch to another theme, delete the modified Duena theme, and then download the ZIP file from here and re-upload the theme.
