Remove “Frontend Admin” from WP Admin Bar

How to remove this plugin from the WP Admin Bar? The only functionality it gives me is to “Create New Form” which isn’t needed. I can’t think of any functionality from this plugin that warrants it to be up in the admin bar.

A snippet is fine, but I recommend you include this in your plugin’s settings to give us admins control over our admin bars. Many (most?) plugins do this.

NOTE: I’m not looking to hide or control the admin bar for users. This is to remove this plugin menu item from the menu bar.
