Remove gap between Menu bar and Content

    How to remove the blank space between Menu Bar and Content area?

    I don’t use any bootstrap or parallax slider.

    Please disable header widget through theme options.
    Theme Options -> Header -> Header Widgets -> Number of widget cols in header (select no widget)

    Aftee trying this suddenly I lost my all customisation. Is there any way to restore them? My all color setrings, widget missing and default theme is showing now.

    @savanipriyank No bro, your trick did not work. There is still a gap between Header Area and Content Area………
