Remove Go Button / First Item

  • Is there a way to remove the “Go” button altogether and include “Select [Custom Taxonomy]” as the first list item in the dropdown so that it can match the default Category and Archive widget displays?

    The go button is required for keyboard accessibility. The core widget needs to fix that at some point (I thought they already did). The first item issue is a good point – I’ll incorporate that into the next update.

    Note that the go button can be styled with additional CSS if the theme styles don’t work well.

    Appreciate it! Trying to keep my UX consistent. If I can’t add a Go button to the other widgets then perhaps I’ll try some CSS.
