    I want to use this plugin and the catalogue option, however, since I have a multivendor platform I am not sure which option should be chosen from Google categories.

    1. How can that be sorted?
    2. What if the impact of ad account in setting up a catalogue? Cos I have an account provided by a Facebook reselling partner and therefore I am not an admin. What can I do about it?

    I’m really sorry, but at the moment there is any support to multi vendor platforms ??

    What plugin are you using for multi vendor? I add this to the backlog of future features and I’ll try to do my best to implement it as soon as possible, but it won’t be in the very next future.

    I am using Dokan.

    I want to know below;

    1. Before using your plugin I set up events via Facebook event set up tool,

    1.2 Can I rely on woocommerce data in the above screenshot without the events in conversions/events tab in your plugin?

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay with my response.

    1. The plugin features should work without any problem even if you have multi vendor feature, but with the exception of having the same pixel in all vendors you have on the website, so no specific pixels for each vendor sites.

    2. About your pixel stats issue, two questions:

    1. Do you have the latest version of Pixel Caffeine? If not, please upgrade it.
    2. Please also check the browser console about errors showing up (see here how to). If some, please post there with a screenshot.

      Also please check if you have any error in the “Logs” tab in the Pixel Caffeine admin.

    Hi,

    unfortuantely, I cannot leave my personal contacts and we cannot continue this on private, according to the rules of this forum.

    Then, please try to reset your Facebook connection in order to fix the pixel stats graph, by following these steps:

    1. Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
    2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
    3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
    4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
    5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions

    Then try to check again the pixel stats on the dashboard.

    I did all of that. And checked with the pixel helper – and it is active.
    But the dashboard is not picking up fires.

    Also, as I asked before; I used event setup tool to set up events like add to cart and purchases.

    If you are using WooCommerce (as I see), you don’t need to define those manually from Pixel Caffeine. Just enable them in the general settings and they are fired automatically.

    Then, I’m not able to understand why your Pixel stats graph is not working. The graph is loaded correctly as I saw in the screenshot, but it’s not showing data, so it may be a different Pixel ID set in Pixel Caffeine or some limitation of your Facebook account.

    Hi,

    I cannot enable those settings from general settings as you said. And the pixel firing isn’t working. But be informed, pixel is firing without a problem (I am getting data and used pixel helper chrome extension to confirm too). It only doesn’t show on your dashboard.
