    Hi there,

I’d like to change the function of item from the footer menu container (currently it adds a user to a list in gravity forms), I’d like it to link to my mail chimp form instead. The menu item “Sign Up for Email Updates”, is a custom menu item (which I have added the new link to), when I use Inspect element and click it, the link works.

When I view the webpage and click, the link does not work.

I am guessing that I need to remove some Jquery which was added by Gravity Forms, but I don’t know where to do this. (P.S I’ve also disabled the form, but I haven’t deleted it).

Any help would be greatly appreciate (gandrcustomcabs.com)

    Thanks,

As that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
