• Hello I really like your plugin. I think it is absolutely perfect. But I’m running into an issue that will prevent me from using it all together.

All the features and settings within the admin back-end are fine. However, I’ve tested the plugin on two sites; one on WP 4.1.4 and another on WP 4.2.2. On the front-end of the site and it adds a gray bar. It’s as if there is some coding that adds additional padding at the top on the front-end.

I looked through the files to see if I could find where the issue is but It’s not a quick find. Is there any way you can help? Thanks!

Also I forgot to mention that the thick gray bar does appear whether you are logged in to admin or not. Thanks.

Hello , I absolutly LOVE this plugin! But it needs some debugging still so we can actually use it. It adds a gray bar(or padding) at the top of the front end website . Is there plans for a fix? Or should I move on and find something else ? Please let us know. Great job! Great design taste!!!

Sorry guys. WordPress gave me no notice whatsoever about this thread in the support forums. You guys probably moved on from the plugin by now since the issue seemed like a deal breaker.

I’ll take a look to see if I’m able to find the root of the problem.

Look for the File frontend.min.css under”YourSiteURL\wp-content\plugins\ultimo-wp\assets\css”

    and search for html:not(.wp-toolbar)

    Change the padding-top from 50PX to 18PX

This will remove the Grey bar.
