  • Hi @ditout,

    Thanks for choosing Hestia!

It’s possible to change that layout from Customizer -> Header Options -> Header Settings under “Post/Pages layout”, as you can see here.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,
    Thank you so much,
I set up the theme BuddyX for my site before, than I installed the theme Hestia to replace BuddyX, Now i have two problems:
    1. all the user’s profiles are lost, can I retrieve the lost profiles ?
    2. the photos became blurry not clear, you can see my page:
    https://inter-languages.com/exchange-foreign-languages-with-conversationalist/
can I modify it ? or I will change the columns from 3 to 4, I forgot how to change the columns,
    thanks again !

    Hi @ditout!

Unfortunately, the first issue is not related to the theme, so it exceeds our expertise. Regarding the images, I checked the page you provided and it looks like some of the images are themselves blurry, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue coming from the theme – screenshot. However, it’s possible to change the number of columns in the editor. It looks like you’re using Elementor, so this article could help.

    Have a nice day!

    Hello @ditout,

I saw that you have created a different thread for the doubt in your last reply which is a good thing as this doubt is not related to the initial issue that you were facing.

I have replied to your new ticket which you can see here. So, if your initial issue is solved then you can mark this ticket as resolved ??

Thank you and have a great day!
