I know but they do not currently provide support for my theme.

Sorry, I forgot to explain: I want the menu to appear the same way on mobile as on the desktop. And not remove menu item…

So, is it possible to keep the traditional menu on mobile too?

Yes, but it will probably require more than a quick bit of CSS. If you wish to keep this unsupported, commercial theme you might want to hire a developer to build this for you.

Once again, you’re using a commercial theme. It is not supported here. Anything futher goes too far beyond the forum guidelines.
