Remove header and navigation menu on a specific page

have you use Parent Class in the Custom CSS ?

if you want to remove full header from page – “https://chinaexpathealth.com/getfreequotes-fbma/”
Please try this :

body page-id-1637 #td-outer-wrap div.td-header-wrap{
  display:none
}

we can use the ID of the specific page.

If you want to remove only Main Nav from the Header
Please try this :

body page-id-1637 #td-outer-wrap div.td-header-wrap .td-header-top-menu-full{
  display:none
}
