Remove hover text (tooltip)

    Is there any way to get rid of the star hover text? It causes some CSS issues for my site. While hovering over the stars suddently the grey and yellow stars appear in separate rows.

    Hi @jrgong,

    thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please provide me with the link to the website? I’ll add an option to disable hover on star texts (tooltips) in the next version. I haven’t yet fully implemented this feature and thus it works only with certain themes – those that use bootstrap and are firing tooltips with javascript. Expect this fixed in the next version ??

    I resolved the issue by leaving the hover text fields empty in the settings.

    Hover over 1-star. I added a temporary text which I gonna remove in 72h..

    I checked out the issue and you can remove the temporary text now ?? as you already figured out, the best way to deal with the problem at the moment is to leave the hover text fields empty. This will disable the tooltips. I’ll fix this bug in the next version and add an option to enable/disable tooltips. Thanks for you cooperation ??

    Tooltips have been discontinued in version 2.1.1 and replaced with texts under the stars – can be enabled in options ??
