"Remove Images" not to remove the featured image

I’m very grateful for the plugin you have created. It really is a great extension.

I run into a small issue and really hope that you can help.

My client is running a real estate business where they have object pages which they would like to have a nice print view. I’m using printfriendly for that and I must say, it is doing an excellent job.

There is a small custom request. They would like to keep the featured images intact when pressing the “remove images” button. Is it possible to somehow create an exception?
