    Hi, and thanks so much for adding this feature. Where do I find it in settings? Can’t see it anywhere… I have Version 8.0.1 installed. Cheers.

    I’ve asked the Blubrry dev team about this. An answer will be posted here as soon as I hear back from them.

    Go to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Website tab >> Subscribe widget section and choose Exclude recommended styling from the dropdown menu.

    Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page and clear any site caches, if applicable.

    This is great, I’m so appreciative of your help and can now style the button font colours to match my theme!…

    …However, I’ve just realised I’m now falling into the same issue in the sidebar widget where the CSS reads the below:

    body .pp-ssb-widget-classic.pp-ssb-widget-include a.pp-ssb-btn-sq {
        font-size: 90% !important;
        font-weight: bold !important;
    }

    There are two more ‘!importants’ ??

    Any chance those !importants could be optional too?

    Hi Bree,

    Thank you for pointing this issue out to us. When we first developed this feature, we only stripped the !importants from elements rendered using the [powerpress_subscribe] shortcode. Our developers are working on solving this so that in a future release, this setting will strip the !importants from the subscribe sidebar widget as well.
