Remove Labels of Blank Fields

    Hi

    I have almost 100 fields. When a client uses the form and he/she did not complete the form, I receive an email with just labels for the unfilled fields. This is unpleasant to see especially if the client almost did not fillout the form.

    I’m aware of the function “Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output” that remove those fields that weren’t fillout but how can I eliminate the labels attached with it as well?

    Please help. This is important for me to solve.

  • The whole line is removed from the message body if the field in the form is not completed, label + mail-tag.

    If you don’t mind, I hope you could show me how do you setup your label and mail-tag? Should I use wrappers?

    Here is an example of a Message Body setup:

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Event: [your-event]

Service required: [radio-679]
Service style: [radio-294]
Number of guests: [text-344]

Special instructions: [your-message]

    [checked] Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output
