Remove "leave a comment" box in the article pages

I am creating a website (stefanopagnoncelli.com) with the SPUN theme and I have some questions. Here’s one:

– how can I remove the “leave a comment” box in the article pages and insert a “contact me for a translation quoting” menu instead?
