Remove left side bar from post list

Hi guys,

I’m having a little trouble that I’m hoping someone can help me with.

How do I remove the sidebars from a post list? Or, better, just the left sidebar?

I can’t seem to find a way to do it, anywhere!I can change it for pages, posts but not post lists (blog) arrrgh!
