Remove link on cart page thumbnail? Or a redirect?

Hi,

We have had no thumbnail on the product in the cart page. Now we want it there and are putting the image in, but we don’t want it to be clickable. Is there a way to remove the link from that?

We also need a redirect:
Because we are using standard posts, we never want anyone to see the
Woocommerce product pages. We need what seems to be a simple redirect that goes:

From:
oursite.com/product/item

To:
oursite.com/item

So it’s just the same url with the /product removed.

Anybody know a plugin or htaccess trick that will do this?
