Remove links from home page posts and add text.

Hi, This question is about the 3 posts that appear on my home page here
There are 3 pictures and each of these pictures can be clicked on and then it goes to the post page.
Q1) how do I disable the links there? I would not like any links associated with those posts that appear on the home page. Other pages it is fine.Also, You can see that the text in the posts underneath each of these photos has been cut off and you can see “…..” at the end of the text.
Q2) how can I allow all of the text to be shown? I would not like it to be cut off. Am I restricted to how much text can go there?Many Thanks in advance! ??
