remove malware script from website

Hi Im having a hard time with some bad malware that keeps infecting my site and getting it blacklisted by Google.

Already hired an expert which basically removed unused plugins and themes changed all the passwords.

The scanning software does not find the script but I see it in the old posts it infects. It looks like this:
<script type=”text/javascript”src=”xxxxxxxx”>

Any ideas on how to remove it?
