Remove mandatory field

    Please can you tell me if it is possible to make the name and email fields not mandatory as I would like to receive anonymous tickets.

    Hello leeharvey67,

    Unfortunately it is not possible. Ticket should have name and email. It is useful for filtering, reports and for other features too. If you really need this feature please create a ticket here.
