Remove Map from Event Page and Cost from Google?

    Hi,

    I’m a little late in approaching this concern. That is, Google charging for maps usage where once it was free.

    Should the above even be a concern for us? I know I’ve had to switch to a different mapping source for this other major map plugin I’ve used for years, yet I don’t know if I need to be concerned about the All In One Calendar event listings.

    While I’m here, can you explain how to complete hide any mention of the map within the Events listings? I don’t mean just hiding it until click, but removing completely.

  • Hi @lcerura,

    You do not have to be worried if you do not exceed their limit, I think it’s 25,000 maps loads over 24 hours.

    It is possible to hide a map using the following CSS code:

    .single-ai1ec_event .ai1ec-gmap-container {display: none;}
