Thanks for reaching out @rleegarrison. The metadata you’re referring to (“by [name] and date”) shouldn’t show up in the list of volunteer opportunities. Are you showing the opportunities using either the [one_time_volunteer_opps] or [flexible_volunteer_opps] shortcode on a page? If so, the template doesn’t include that metadata. If not, I’d encourage you to use one of the shortcodes to display them on a page.

I hope that’s helpful. Let me know how it goes.

I mean for the individual opportunities. For example https://mhqsf.org/volunteer-opportunity/2016-fall-carnival/

Thanks for clarifying @rleegarrison. That information is controlled by your theme’s template files. In order to adjust it for only volunteer opportunities, you’ll need to duplicate your default content template file within your theme’s folder, usually called single.php, and name the copy single-volunteer_opp.php within your theme. Then simply delete the line that outputs the metadata.

Unfortunately, this requires some knowledge of WordPress files, and some very basic coding experience.

Good luck and let me know what else I can do to help.

That’s great to hear @rleegarrison! I’m glad you got it figured out.

If you wouldn’t mind, it would be great if you could leave an honest review of the plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/plugin-reviews/wired-impact-volunteer-management. Since the plugin is so new reviews are extremely helpful.

    Have a good one.
