Remove Meta from Sticky Posts

How would I go about removing the “by kevin // November 2, 2013 // No Comments” from showing up on the sticky post?

Ideally I would like to remove the “=========” under it as well.

The current image in the sticky will be changed with the seasons, so I would rather just have it up there with the welcome text below it.

You will need:
User = temp
pass = letmein@lwa

To access that area since I just set it up for testing and coding. Didn’t want it out on the www until I get everything looking right.
